Yes, you will be responsible for providing the measurements of the products that you want fabricated. We will order the materials and fabricate the products with the measurements you provide.

For countertops, we recommend stopping by our showroom with a rough illustration and measurements. While you’re in our showroom, we will go over the details and options and provide you with a quote at that time. If you can’t stop by, we offer in-home consultations and can bring the showroom to you. Just call our office and schedule an in-home consultation. For cabinet products and services, call us and schedule an appointment with one of our cabinet designers. At that appointment, we would need some photos of the kitchen, measurements, and a list of any changes or items you’d like to add.

If you hire us for installation, we will come out and measure the area. If you are only buying materials, you or your installer will need to provide us with the fabrication measurements.

No appointments are needed to look at countertops. Stop in during our normal business hours and someone will help you! Appointments are required if you are interested in cabinets because this is a more involved process, and we need an hour or more to go over the details required for an estimate.

Countertop installations usually take a couple of hours to complete but do not include plumbing or other services. Cabinet installations typically take an average of 2-3 days. Additional services may add to lead time including, removal, plaster work, electrical, plumbing, and tile backsplashes.

Stock laminate countertop colors and materials take 2-2 ½ weeks to order and fabricate depending on when you place the order. Cabinet lead times range from 6-10 weeks and are subject to change. To find out about the most current lead times, call us.

Our cabinet lines through WW Wood Products are made in the USA. Their manufacturing facility is located in Dudley, Missouri.

If laminate countertops and cabinets are purchased, Countertop Specialists, Inc can install them on the last day of your cabinet installation. We’ll bring the countertop materials. Once the cabinets are installed, we install the countertops immediately, eliminating any wait time and providing you with a functioning kitchen the same day. If the countertops are purchased somewhere else or are made from a different material such as quartz, the average lead time is 3-4 weeks after the cabinet installation for the countertop installation.

Laminate is the most cost-effective option. It costs about half to one-third of the price of granite or quartz.

Laminate countertop pricing depends on variables such as color, edge style, configuration, etc. Providing the total square footage is not enough information for us to give you an accurate estimate.
